"I am not really a "yoga person", but I had heard about the health benefits of yoga during pregnancy and figured I would give it a shot. Sarah's prenatal yoga classes are a great way to feel connected with other pregnant people in Duluth. I like the format of the class also - around half of the session we chat about life, and the second half we work on yoga movements and do guided meditations. Plus, the location of the studio can't be beat: it feels great to do yoga in a quiet spot, surrounded by nature. 5 stars! "

"Prenatal yoga is more than just movement. It’s a a mind-body connection. It’s connecting with your baby and other mamas to be. Sarah‘s class is two-parts; we focus on movement that prepares us for a more comfortable pregnancy and easier birth. We also focus on taking time for breathwork to connect to our body and baby, mindful meditation moments, and for sharing with other like-minded mamas. "Sarah was very calm and welcoming for my first visit as a new mom and new local in the area. Open to all, this class was everything I needed for a Saturday morning. It was a way to connect with the community, share your story, and connect with your baby. The two hours was nice to split between a conversation based on a certain topic as well as anything else on your mind and then an hour of Very relaxing yoga, deep breathing, and connecting with your baby. I look forward to coming back even after my baby was born! This really helped me get back in tune with me and the baby throughout each week and relax...it’s a nice reminder to stay connected!"
