My style is calming, grounding, and intuitive.

I can come to your home or we can meet at the UUC Duluth.

  • "Sarah was very calm and welcoming for my first visit as a new mom and new local in the area. Open to all, this class was everything I needed for a Saturday morning. It was a way to connect with the community, share your story, and connect with your baby. "

    —Paige

  • "I love coming to the circle because it helps me feel more calm. I feel at peace and welcomed every time I open that door."

    —Ezra

  • "Prenatal yoga is more than just movement. It’s a a mind-body connection. It’s connecting with your baby and other mamas to be. The circle has provided me with tools to take with me into birthing and long-lasting friendships."

    —Lindsey

  • "Sarah offers a beautiful, tranquil space for mamas to connect with their breath, their baby, and with one another. As a first-time mom, her circle offered me a community that left me feeling empowered and supported when I needed it the most. Her space is everything you could want in a prenatal yoga class- relaxing and calm, a lovely setting, opportunity to connect with baby, and uplifting conversation. Highly recommend!"

    —Rebecca

  • "Circle gave me a safe space to laugh, cry, and feel supported. Whenever I leave I always felt light and at peace. This circle is exactly what women need."

    —Morgan

  • "The conversations we have in this group are honest, genuine, enriching and real. Sarah does an incredible job of holding space for each of us and I don't think I would have had the birth experience I did without the work that I did in this group."

    —Alyssa
