My goal is to trust in the power and knowing of the birthing woman. I create and hold a birth space that supports her wishes, upholds her values and allows her to feel supported and in her power. So that ultimately she trusts herself and feels FREE to birth her baby her way, on her time.

Birth is wild and beautiful. Imagine feeling empowered and strong after bringing your baby into this world. Imagine having a positive birth experience, without fear of pain or discomfort. It IS possible and within your reach ... when you feel supported and informed ... and when you are allowed to birth in autonomy. I had an amazing birth experience in 2019 with my son (pictured), which has become a catalyst for the birth work I bring to my community today.

I believe you should birth where you feel safe. I will support you at your home, hospital, or birthing center. I will help you advocate for a natural, physiological birth. Our bodies hold innate wisdom (and birth hormones) that help us birth our babies naturally and without interventions. We were made to do this. When we are informed on the natural processes of birth, we can more easily trust ourselves, our bodies, our babies.
